Win more debates than the other team
Win more debates than the other team. Each team will get 45 seconds to deliver their arguments on each moot. Each team member may only say one word before rotating so their teammate can say the next word. Each word must be said into the microphone. Tom will state the first moot and the affirmative team will begin on his whistle.
