You’ll need
- anything from around the house
- rubber ducks
- paper clue notes
- phone
- pictures or toys
- cloths
- timer
- tennis balls
- tape
- board or tray
Prepare beforehand
- Find the quack: Line up some rubber ducks, each with a note on it; the clues point to which one is the quack.
- Roast each character the quickest: Prepare pictures or cuddly toys as ‘characters’ hidden under cloths.
- Rebound your tennis balls off a ramp and stick them to your suits: Lean a board against a step as a ramp; wrap tennis balls in tape sticky side out or wear fleeces.
Changes for playing at home
- Find the quack: The host writes clues on the ducks so players can deduce which is the ‘quack’.
- Teach the Taskmaster to do something he can't already do with an instructional video: Cut to 30 minutes.
- Roast each character the quickest: Roast pictures or toys, not people in the room.
- Rebound your tennis balls off a ramp and stick them to your suits: Use fleeces or sticky-out tape instead of Velcro suits.
